- 2D Mapping (SLAM): Lidar S2 + SLAM algorithm to scan and reconstruct a 2D floor map as the robot moves; supports direct measurement of dimensions and distances on the map.
- Thermal Camera & Laser Distance: Simultaneously integrated a thermal sensor and laser distance sensor to detect thermal leaks and measure structural dimensions inside crawlspaces.

- Researched and deployed an intelligent automated gate system, integrating a lead screw wheel-lift mechanism to ensure the wheels maintain constant ground contact (even on uneven terrain), enabling smooth gate operation and protecting the traction motor.
- Smart Mechanical Mechanism: Combines a gate traction motor and a lead screw system for wheel height adjustment; a damping spring maintains consistent downward pressure on the ground surface.
- Height Control Algorithm: A Sonar sensor measures the actual distance between the spring top and the wheel axle; closed-loop feedback logic automatically lowers the lead screw when low traction is detected (spring extended) and raises it when encountering obstacles/inclines (spring over-compressed), keeping the spring at its ideal working state (compressed ~2cm).
- IoT Hardware: ESP32 running ESPHome firmware, with complex logic customized using Lambda expressions; parallel integration of an RF Radio receiver circuit for a handheld remote and Wi-Fi for Internet-based control.
